You'll find information about the two digestive health programs I offer, so you can choose the level of support that feels right for you.

How many consultations will I need?
Your first consultation sets a positive direction for your gut health. Each follow-up builds on your health action plan to help you reach your goals. Many people feel more in control of their digestion within three to four months, with consultations spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Some clients return later to fine-tune their diet, overcome new challenges or join me for a cooking session to spark fresh food inspiration.

I'm so busy – how can I stay motivated?
​Making change isn’t always easy when you’re juggling work, family or life admin. That’s why I focus on strategies that fit your lifestyle, not strict rules that cut out everything you enjoy. With my encouragement, practical tools and expert guidance, you can make changes that stick. Once you’re eating well and have fewer symptoms, staying motivated becomes much easier – you’ll feel the difference.
