I'm Kym Lang, Accredited Clinical Nutritionist BNutr at the pip nutrition digestive health clinic in Melbourne.
With an established practice (2011) and a background in the prevention of chronic conditions, my focus is on helping you feel better now while supporting your health and wellbeing into the future.

You're not alone. Digestive issues like constant bloating, irritable bowel syndrome or changes during perimenopause are common. They can be painful or frustrating, and make eating stressful rather than enjoyable. I’ve been there too, and it’s why I dedicate my practice to guiding people just like you towards improved gut health and a more confident relationship with food.

Your unique digestive system and individual needs require a personalised approach. Drawing on the latest research, my extensive experience in health behaviour change and enthusiasm for delicious healthy food, my tailored advice is designed to be effective and enjoyable.

I’ll make sure you feel supported in our sessions, either in the calm pip nutrition clinic in Bayside, Melbourne or the comfort of your own home via telehealth. I work with a small number of clients at a time to provide personalised care.
