NowNext is a new app funded by the Australian Government to support you with healthy habits. It is free to use, with no ads, hidden costs or pressure. Based on behavioural science and the latest health research, NowNext helps you build sustainable habits that support your wellbeing over the long term.
iLA is the for-purpose organisation behind the app. Its mission is to empower people and communities to live well at every age. That's inspiring to me, and why I decided to work with iLA to develop evidence-based content across healthy eating, sleep, strength and movement – areas of expertise I've built in my career as a clinical nutritionist and public health specialist.
