26 January workshop: How to improve your digestive health in 2019

Are you tired of constant bloating? Do you have frequent stomach cramps or discomfort? Does it get worse with your period, or since you became menopausal? I’m running a workshop with personal trainer Johanna Green, with the aim to help you improve your digestive health with good food and fun exercise.

I’ll be unravelling some food myths, explaining the role of hormones in digestive problems and sharing my top three powerhouse foods for digestive health.
